The Yoga Club classes strive to meet the physical fitness needs of our members with an emphasis on physical strength, flexibility, and balance. The class schedule offers different styles of yoga including Gentle, Yin, and Hatha (Traditional) yoga organized into 50 and 90 minute classes. Presently, nine classes are offered Monday through Saturday.

Guests are welcome with a SCS guest pass and accompanied by a resident club member. (A $5 class fee applies)
